Moving House and Minimal Justice in SCOOP so far!

I have not been around on the computer much in the last week and hence no new blog updates… This has been for a few reasons...

First I was moving house and all I can say is that it’s such a painful process. The Packing, The Cleaning, The Unpacking and more cleaning!
I’m very lucky that my girlfriend is a control freak and has to be in charge, so in this instance I was more than happy to sit back and let her take control and direct the people moving our stuff. I have learnt that you just don’t want to get in the way.
So the move is all done which then gets me to my second issue which has been my internet connection...
Do you think it could take any longer to get broadband connected? I have been told its going to be approx 3 weeks.. Like WTF?? !! Don’t they know that SCOOP is on? So to temporally fix this situation I went and bought a USB portable internet thing... Which in theory sounds great...? Use it just like your mobile... Get Broadband speeds blah blah... Well its works maybe 65% of the time, which is super awesome for MTT’s.
Not incredibly impressed as you can probably tell.

On to Poker... Been a fairly frustrating first week of SCOOP , was really looking forward to the 2x Chance turbo’s on Friday , The M-$162 was a disaster.. Could not really get a start and was out well before the break. The S-$16.50 was slightly better had a small cash and not a bad run.
Did have one beautiful bit of “Ship the Justice” I was in the BB with about 14BB and have AA. In front of me I have a guy open shove for 20BB and then the button shoves for 35BB. I’m like weeee snap... MP shows 66 and Button shows JJ.. Obviously on PokerStars you know you’re in trouble and sure enough 456 board... I just laugh and start my standard rant about how PokerStars is rigged, but the sure enough on the river in true PS magic... BOOOOMMM the Ace drops.. 45 BB + and ready to party, but it didn’t happen... Meh...

Had another deep run in the M- $320 NL 2 day event. Played really good poker for
7 hours and was approx 100 from the cash when I wake up with AK in MP with approx 14-15BB I open the pot up and get one caller behind me.
Flop was KJ4 so I’m certainly not unhappy and lead out and instantly get snap shoved all in... This guy had a tonne of chips... And I’m like... “Well its basically bubble play, he probably has a weak king so I like my spot”.. And I call... He rolls over QT. Sure enough Ace hits next card and I don’t hit my magic repeat on the river... To say the least I was guttered, but I like my spot and happy to have him drawing to 7 outs max.
Very Very frustrating first week of scoop!

Hopefully this week is full of deep runs and lots of Justice!!
