September Summary
Octombrie 07, 2009Long time since my last post. So what's been happening?
Well, after 11 winning months in a row, which was my second best ever streak, I've now had the worst ever streak - 3 losing months out of the last 4 months (my worst before was 3 losing months out of 5)!
As a result, since I've been cashing out also, my $ bankroll has taken a major hit! It is now less than 10% of what it was before I went to Vegas. FML!
Part of the problem is that I haven't been playing much either - mainly because I have been running so bad, getting fuct on the river and losing about 90% of pre-flop all-ins. So, I've spent time developing some poker domains such as PUApoker.com, ParmaPoker.com and PalermoPoker.com as well as 4 geo-domains.
I'll probably update HighStakes.eu and PokerUni.com soon too, I updated DaMatrix.com and if anybody is interested in buying domains I have a list of names available for purchase at DaMatrix.com/poker-domains.

Poker and Domaining Update
August 05, 2009June and July was only the second time that I have had back-to-back losing months playing poker since I started keeping records in 2005. The last time was in 2007, so let's hope it doesn't happen again til 2011! That's unless I make it the first 3 losing months in a row streak!
Haven't really been playing much online as I've been devoting more time to domaining and developing websites. I have quite a nice portfolio now of domain names, poker related and non-poker.
Apart from .com's and .co.uk's I've picked up a few .info's lately including:
2Aces.info, InstantPokerMoney.info, PokerUpdates.info, RakeRaces.info and TheRake.info.The rake related ones I have already developed into rb sites.

Vegas Update
Iulie 07, 2009My aim of trying to win $10k before Day1d failed. I played a couple of tournaments but couldn't take one down. As well as finishing 330th in Event 51, I also got about 40th at the HORSE and 10th in the LO8B at the Golden Nugget downtown. Most of my cash game sessions have been positive and yesterday I finished 3rd in the Paradise Poker private tourney at Planet Hollywood. In the only other tourney I played at PH I got a 6th place.
Good luck to my friends and other Paradise Poker players who are still in the main event!

March Update
Martie 31, 2009March 2009 was my 8th consecutive winning month which I am very pleased about. My longest streak is actually 17 months (spanning 2005-2007). My longest losing streak is just 2 months (in 2007).
I didn't play many tournaments in March but instead concentrated on my UltimateBet Step Challenge and some cash. I have now reached Step 9 in my challenge (read challenge blog here) as it reaches it's conclusion.

Februarie 07, 2009I've had a pretty unlucky first week in February. Just missed out on a $5,000 trip to Las Vegas, then I finished 14/599 in Doyle's Bounty tournament when my JT lost to J8 and I also lost in Event 2 of the FTOPS when I had less than 13% chance of getting busted.
