Dit issie dan, mn eerste blogpost. Na lang aandringen van o.a. diegomilek en anderen besluit ik dan toch maar een blog te maken, en proberen deze bij te houden.
Mijn naam is dus zoals al veel mensen weten, Rick en ik speel op PS onder de naam ezymonyp. Die naam is vanwege dat ik vrijwel alle(lol) potten binnensleep bij diegomilek's homegame, en hij dan altijd easy money zei. Mijn bijnaam IRL is Pietuh, en uit die 2 gegevens werd deze breezerachtige naam geboren.
Story till so far:
Ik ben zo'n 2,5 jaar geleden denk ik begonnen met online poker, en was een donkey net als iedereen. Een aantal kleine deposits gemaakt en proberen mn weg destijds omhoog te vinden vanaf de 25nl. Dat gaat uiteraard niet als je meteen op die limiet begint zonder ook maar enige ervaring. Zit nu in mezelf ook te denken dat ik echt slecht speelde toendertijds, maar iedereen is zo eens begonnen.
Vervolgens ging ik me meer in het spel verdiepen, ging artikelen lezen, meer handjes spelen, tv-shows kijken en een aantal boeken heb ik ook gelezen.
Toen kwamen de vorderingen: Ik win een toernooi op party en begon daar boven mn roll 200NL/400NL boven mn roll te spelen. [ ] Bankrollmanagement dus. Heb dus maar besloten uit voorzorg mn roll van 1,5k uit te cashen en hier leuke dingen te van gaan doen.
Kon het toch niet laten om weer op PS te spelen, had onder mijn account 'Pietuh' een selfexclusion van een jaar aangevraagd omdat daar een doomswitch opzat(ja zoiets kan vrijwel iedere beginnende speler in zn hoofd halen). Toen werd de nieuwe nickname geboren, en begon ik weer op 25NL te spelen. 200$ deposit en mn weg weer omhoog proberen te vinden, wat aardig lukte. Tourney poker gaat me overigens ook niet slecht af en daar verdien ook wat mee.
Komen we aan bij 50NL, de limiet waar ik veel moeite heb gehad, veel tegenslag, veel bad runnen, veel tilten, maar desondanks het meest geleerd heb. Ik denk dat ik daar een 4maandenlange breakevenstretch heb gehad. Met een roll varierend tussen 1k-3k. Op deze limiet heb ik ook TcAlmeida leren kennen, en ik denk dat wij toch wel de grondleggers zijn van de 3b op 50NL(en 25NL)
, later hier meer over.Toen was het '07 Carnaval ofzo, iig rond die periode cashte ik 1,5k uit, en wilde mn resterende dubbelen op 1kNL. Mijn shotje werd keihard de kop ingedrukt door een 2 outer op turn en ik had nog maar 200 left ofzo, mehhh nog steeds [ ] br management dus.
Vervolgens beatte ik weer 25NL, kwam weer op 50NL, en was daar weer ontzettend lang aan t klungelen. Lees ong zo'n 6 maanden. Ik kon het echt met moeite beaten, maar had wel een 3k roll en TcAlmeida met wie ik veel contact onderhield had alles uitgecashed, ging ik backen voor 500$. Die deal ging goed en ik kreeg zon (uit mn hoofd) 925$ terug ofzo, gg Michael.
Downswing: Alles ging vrijwel op aan tilt en bad runnen in 2/3 sessies. Echt gruwelijke monkeytilt, suuuuuuuuuperkinderachtig, I know. Lees: Uit frustratie bij alle 24 tafels WC|Grider gaan zitten enzo. Njah down tot mn laatste 150$(en als die op zouden zijn zou ik ook echt stoppen met online poker). Ik start een toernooitje op en werd netjes 2e, gg me.
100NL: Daar waren we dus tot gisteren. Eigenlijk in zon anderhalve maand 100NL aangebeuQt, en heb nu een solide roll(9k+) voor 200NL. M'n tilt is er vrijwel uit, nog niet helemaal, maar kan er al wel veel beter mee omgaan dan voorheen. En dat is mn grootste vordering denk ik, dat mijn mindset veel beter is dan eerst. Ik heb nog 500$ op TheLoon staan, en alhoewel ik het hem van harte gun, denk ik niet dat hij het gaat halen. Dus wordt mn roll wss nog groter zonder ook maar enige inspanning.
200NL: Heden!!! Hehe, eindelijk op een fatsoenlijke limiet gekomen, waarvan veel mensen vinden dat ik het verdien om hier te spelen. Ik hoop hier mijn fatsoenlijke spel door te kunnen zetten, en met een ijzersterke discipline verder te komen. Mijn vorderingen vanaf nu ga ik hier posten.
