Eurotrip
Sunday, Февраль 01, 2009 03:30Ok, so a buddy and I plan to make a roadtrip through Europe. On our way we plan hitting some casinos, probably in Prague, Paris and/or London depending on how our bankroll develop through our journey (hopefully i won't be broke when I leave the first casino 
)
My goal is that I am going to pay for the trip with my online-poker winnings. With our current budget estimation I need to earn about 2500$. I've only played online-poker for a couple of months, with a start roll of only 100$. I am currently at 250$ so I realize that it might get though to make 2500$ by juli, especially without rakeback. (I play at stars for the moment, but consider to change room when i make the deposit bonus).
Luckily the trip doesn't depend on if I reach my goal or not.
But i wonder if any of you have any tips regarding good casinos who spread NLHe/PLO, 1/2-2/4 ?
Or just any advice which can come in handy.
I am really excited and look forward to the trip, and ofcourse i will make sure to blog along the way.

Thx for the tips. We plan being on the road for about 3-4 weeks, not spending too much time on each place. And you are probably right about the money, but that is the minimal estimation so far. But our goal is to travel on a pretty low budget.
Maybe it's better to skip Paris.. Last time I checked the pokerrooms over there like Aviation etc charge 100 euro for a year membership. I don't know how long you're planning to stay... You can also add Vienna to your list.. Nice city with good pokerrooms... But depending on how long you are staying in Europe I don't think 2500 euro will be enough.. The dollar is not that strong compared to the Euro... And if you also want to play some poker you can only have winning session.. You can't afford to lose in your first sessions..
