eindelijk weer eens een diepe run in mijn favoriete tournooi.
Laatste 2x gebust door een 2 outer (beide keren).

Nu als 29e gebust met QQ tegen KQo met een K op de flop.
Ik was short dus het was er toch wel in gegaan.

aangezien ik erg weinig speel laatste tijd is het wel fijn om weer eens diep te komen.

Zaterdag een 180 man $12 Turbo SNG geshipped.

Mijn PS bankroll was zo'n beetje gedecimeerd dus het was nodig...
Nu kan ik weer even MTTtjes spelen. Heb helaas erg weinig tijd ivm met de kleine maar zo af en toe voor de fun is wel leuk!

Een nieuw leventje geboren, dus er zal de komende tijd weinig gepokerd gaan worden.

14-08-08 is onze zoon Lieuwe geboren.

Het was weer ff stil. Baby op komst, druk met school (volgend jaar afstuderen) en werk.
Ook op poker gebied wel het een en ander gedaan. Na mijn laatste post en poging om te qualificeren voor "the bigone" werd het stil. Het tournooi verliep dramatisch. Echt zo slecht gespeeld. Ging zo'n beetje op life tilt.

Daarna cashgamen weer eens serieus opgepakt. Dat ging goed. Binnen zeer korte tijd van 50NL shotjes kunnen wagen op 100NL. Runde als een tiet op 100NL. op 50NL zo'n 15K handjes gespeeld en uiteindelijk een BB/100 van 8 ofzo. Best aardig dacht ik zo.

Zit nu na 100NL weer terug op 50NL met dezelfde roll als toen ik hier aan begon. Run dus niet zo lekker.

Op stars run ik ook niet zo erg oke. Roll heeft daar ook een alltime low bereikt, maar heb me wel gekwalificeerd voor de SM via de 3R.

Een week daarvoor gekwalificeerd voor de sunday 200K op UB via de 5R. IK schrijf me in via late reg. en lees op het moment dat ik mijn plaats inneem dat het een "must play" is. Ik dus meteen support mailen of ik mijn eventueel gewonnen tournooi kan verzetten naar een week later ivm eventuele rebuy's. Geen antwoord...
Na de add-on periode (nog steeds geen rebuy gedaan) sta ik steady in de top 5 en doe dus toch maar een addon en mail support nog maar eens of ik het tournooi mag verzetten. Uitseindelijk ship ik het tournooi (2 spelers krijgen een seat) en zit ik dus met een must play event die ik niet kan spelen. Gelukkig mag ik het verzetten en speel ik dus komende zondag de SM en de sunday 200K op UB. Ik hoop dat ik me zondag nog kan qualifien voor de warm up.

Dit is de eerste keer dat ik 2 major tournooien ga spelen. Ik hoop gewoon dat ik het lekker doe. Als ik er uitvlieg met "the best of it" ben ik denk ik al tevreden... meer kan je niet hopen denk ik....

Het is even geleden dat ik een postje heb geplaatst maar ik ben flink bezig geweest.

Ik heb me net gequalificeerd voor de UB WSOP 25 seat giveaway ($530). Ik dacht dat ik kon unreggen maar dat was dus niet. Ik heb hem gehaald via de $15 Rebuy en ik heb 1 rebuy in het begin gedaan voor een dubbele stack en 1 add-on. Ik kwam in het tournooi toen het al 28 minuten bezig was, als alternate, en heb uiteindelijk een seat gewonnen (top 2 betaalde een seat) als chipleader. er zaten geloof ik 30 man in het tournooi. Vannavond dus een kans om naar de main event te gaan. 298 man zijn al geregged en de top 25 betalen een $12000 seat naar de main event. Wish me luck. (tips zijn welkom)

Voor morgen staat de 1 M turbo takedown op het programma. Ben erg benieuwd of dat nog iets gaat worden.
Uit frustratie dat ik gisteren op de bubble uit de $22 20K gtd ben gevlogen heb ik wat SNG's gespeeld (3 stuks) en daarmee een 1e, 2e en 3e plaats gehaald. Ik run dus best lekker denk ik op het moment.

Ik hoop morgen een update te kunnen geven of ik naar Vegas mag!

Gisteren voor de 3e keer ofzo eens de 20K gtd gespeeld. 20+2 buyin, dat is voor mijn doen erg hoog. Als 55 eruit. ITM maar toch een heel klein beetje teleurgesteld want ik vind het eigenlijk best een soft tournooi achteraf.

Ik was namelijk heel het tournooi zo kaart dood als wat... Ik heb geloof maar 20 handjes van de 1e 200 handen gespeeld. Moet wel zeggen dat mijn eerste All-in een flinke suckout opleverde (ATs vs AQo) en ik hitte mijn tien. Maar daarna was het fold, fold , fold, fold etc. etc. En ondanks dat toch zo diep gekomen... dat moet dus beter kunnen. Ook het stelen was echt zo easy: ik raise vanaf de SB met JJ, BB fold en ik show mijn hand. Daarna heb ik 5x achter elkaar (!) PF geopend met een raise en de blinds gekregen. Zo kwam ik dus van shortstack (16K chips, AVG was iets van 45K) terug in de middenmoot. Daarna een beetje donkish met A9o en een gecallde steal, eruit gevlogen tegen een set 6-en van de chipleader. (Note to self: top pair bad kicker is niet de nuts). Kon dus beter, zeker als ik wat betere kaarten had gekregen. Maar dat je zo makkelijk de money in kunt folden, ik dacht dat dat alleen bij de 4.40 kon.

Zit je niets vermoedend te spelen op 2 50NL Bad Beat Jackpot tafels op UB (er zijn bijna alleen spelers te vinden op deze tafels dus wat moet je he....)

Valt de jackpot ergens op een tafel (geen idee waar), krijg ik 2x $179,-
