As you may have noticed already, my.pokernews poker blog community got some cosmetic updates. One of the most visible is the sharing blog post feature. Now you can retweet it and share to most popular social networks.

(once you write a new blog post, please share to 3-5 most popular social bookmarking sites and get more readers outside our community).

 

Also the menu is visible without any additional clicks, so your readers will be able to send you a private message, subscribe to your blog RSS or notifications easily from every page.

PartyPoker $50 Free promo has its own Support manager named Angel. She manually transfers all the money to the participants of our promotion (I pray she wouldn‘t get sick, otherwise I would have to do this hard work myself). She also checks the eligibility of all the participants and makes sure that the cheaters are not tolerated. I've asked her some questions about the inside affairs and everyday issues of her job.

Question: Angel, how does it feel to have access to so much money at the PartyPoker Cashier? You transfer $25 to thousands of people each month...

A.: When I first started dealing with this "bonus business" I knew that I need to be careful, because the PartyPoker team confided me with a huge amount of money, so when I did my first transfer, I found it fun and thought it will be easy, but as I can see now, it requires a lot of responsibility.

Q.: You run the promo in 15 different languages (including Dutch, French, German, Hungarian, Russian, Swedish, Greek, Spanish etc.). Do you know all of these languages?

A.: I know only 3 – German, Russian and, of course, English. What about the rest? The PokerNews team is very helpful

Q.: Tell everyone how do you check and decide whether a person is eligible for the promo as they all need to keep to the T&C’s.

A.: When you enter the http://partypoker.pokernews.com/ first you need to read the T&C's, it's the biggest problem, because almost no one is reading it! Download PartyPoker to your computer and make a registration in three steps as required, if everything is done correctly, then there will be no problems to send you the MONEY! Mostly people think that any photo is acceptable, but there are many criteria how the photo must look like. You can also check what kind of pictures we do not accept.

There were also some cases with the phone numbers, players were not sending the SMS messages, but entering the numbers themselves and vice versa. When I first open a player's account I check if there are any duplicates, then I go on and check the picture and the phone number. I only transfer the money to those players who have correctly completed the registration.

Q.: What are the main ways in which people cheat in this promo?

A.: The most common is opening a new PartyPoker account for every family member. Multi-accounting is the main problem. People do not understand that even if they get money from us, PartyPoker will suspend them and all their accounts will be closed.

Q. Do people send some funny photos instead of their face and ID as required? Have you received any inappropriate pictures?

A.: What do you mean by saying ‘inappropriate’? Pictures containing adult content?

Yes, there were some pictures with people "in action", but I've rejected them. They also send some nature pictures and the photos of the poker pros. A quality of the picture must be good, because we are checking not just the face, but also the ID details.

Q.: What are the main misunderstandings among the participants of the PartyPoker $50 Free Promo?

A.: People do not read the Terms and Conditions causing us the following problems:

• they do not understand what kind of photo is OK even though there is an example provided

• they think that the total of $50 must be transferred

• they require money immediately after the registration form is filled

One of the main and the easiest ways of getting verified in a PartyPoker promotion is providing a picture of you and your ID with visible face and name. Of course, we are able to enlarge the picture and check whether it has been modified, photoshopped or changed in any other way in order to cheat in PartyPoker promotion. Do not even try. We will lose $25 and you will lose everything once you get caught by the PartyPoker fraud investigation team for having multiple accounts.

Let’s get back to pictures. Incorrect pictures, to be precise, as it is easier to tell what NOT to do.

Please do not upload pictures with general views of nature or Windows sample pictures like this one. Our Support Angel cannot imagine your name and face, therefore will not verify your application, so do not waste our time.

 

Please do not upload pictures of your favorite poker pros. We have lots of very nice and good quality pictures made by our live reporting team, so it will not help you to get verified. We also know what are the nicknames of these pros in various poker rooms. And those who play in PartyPoker already have their real money accounts, therefore they cannot participate in this promo.

 

Please do not upload the pictures of naked women. Our main Support Angel is also a woman, so another nude lady can cause quite a different outcome than expected. Instead of getting verified, you can be rejected for spamming the site with inappropriate images.

 

Did we mention that you should send the picture of you and your ID? If you send only your picture in nice surroundings and no ID, we will not verify your application.

 

Please do not try showing off your photoshop skills and do not put your picture inside someone else's ID. If we cannot be sure if the ID is real or whether you have edited the picture or the name, we will not be able to issue you with the bonus. You know, it is against the law to provide someone with a fake document.

 

If you think that my picture will go through, you are also wrong. My picture and ID are just given as an example and I am pretty sure I have no identical twin brothers in 15 countries J.

 

So the best pictures are made by taking your camera or a cell phone and simply taking the picture. Make sure that your name in the ID can be seen as well as both of your faces before uploading it. If you have to go into trouble while trying to decide if it's really you and that your name is seen clearly, please make another shot in a daylight (the camera flash sometimes makes laminated ID unreadable). Try to decrease the picture a little and see if you can read the ID data. It is too small to be cut out and used anywhere else, so your personal information is safe.

Please remember, that every time we detect the picture which lacks brightness or is inappropriate, we send an email with the reason of rejection. Just check your email Spam box, because sometimes emails from @pokernews.com get there. Hopefully, these examples will help you to take a good picture and you will get verified very quickly.

We are glad to announce the launch of a new feature at the Partypoker $50 Free Promo page – Player success stories. This new option should encourage people to share their stories on how they have succeeded in turning their $25 into much more cash.
