Interview with the PartyPoker $50 promo Support Angel

She manually transfers all the money to the participants of our promotion (I pray she wouldn‘t get sick, otherwise I would have to do this hard work myself). She also checks the eligibility of all the participants and makes sure that the cheaters are not tolerated. I've asked her some questions about the inside affairs and everyday issues of her job.
Question: Angel, how does it feel to have access to so much money at the PartyPoker Cashier? You transfer $25 to thousands of people each month...
A.: When I first started dealing with this "bonus business" I knew that I need to be careful, because the PartyPoker team confided me with a huge amount of money, so when I did my first transfer, I found it fun and thought it will be easy, but as I can see now, it requires a lot of responsibility.
Q.: You run the promo in 15 different languages (including Dutch, French, German, Hungarian, Russian, Swedish, Greek, Spanish etc.). Do you know all of these languages?
A.: I know only 3 – German, Russian and, of course, English. What about the rest? The PokerNews team is very helpful 
Q.: Tell everyone how do you check and decide whether a person is eligible for the promo as they all need to keep to the T&C’s.
A.: When you enter the http://partypoker.pokernews.com/ first you need to read the T&C's, it's the biggest problem, because almost no one is reading it! Download PartyPoker to your computer and make a registration in three steps as required, if everything is done correctly, then there will be no problems to send you the MONEY! Mostly people think that any photo is acceptable, but there are many criteria how the photo must look like. You can also check what kind of pictures we do not accept.
There were also some cases with the phone numbers, players were not sending the SMS messages, but entering the numbers themselves and vice versa. When I first open a player's account I check if there are any duplicates, then I go on and check the picture and the phone number. I only transfer the money to those players who have correctly completed the registration.
Q.: What are the main ways in which people cheat in this promo?
A.: The most common is opening a new PartyPoker account for every family member. Multi-accounting is the main problem. People do not understand that even if they get money from us, PartyPoker will suspend them and all their accounts will be closed.
Q. Do people send some funny photos instead of their face and ID as required? Have you received any inappropriate pictures?
A.: What do you mean by saying ‘inappropriate’? Pictures containing adult content?
Yes, there were some pictures with people "in action", but I've rejected them. They also send some nature pictures and the photos of the poker pros. A quality of the picture must be good, because we are checking not just the face, but also the ID details.
Q.: What are the main misunderstandings among the participants of the PartyPoker $50 Free Promo?
A.: People do not read the Terms and Conditions causing us the following problems:
they do not understand what kind of photo is OK even though there is an example provided
they think that the total of $50 must be transferred
they require money immediately after the registration form is filled
