  Hi everyone I know that it has been a minute since I have blogged, shame on me, but I had something
  very interesting that I wanted to share with those in the poker community.

  So heres the deal, first I have been playing on-line poker for a little over 2 1/2 years, I have one a lot of free-rolls and have even won some decent, albeit not big money on line since I started. So this weekend I am at my brothers in Memphis, and we decide to ride down to Tunica and go to Harrah's, I have been wanting to play in a live cash game for some time and so here's my chance. So I head over to the area where they play, I ask whats the buy-in she tells me $100 for a no-limit 20/40, and I ponder and start thinking. OK I have the buy-in no problem there, however I am scared because I have never played live poker in a casino, it's something I've wanted to do but haven't, so tell me why did I say no that's ok and chicken out.

  It wasn't about loosing money, heck trust me the slot machines ate that up soon afterward, at first I attempted to reason with myself and say well it was because I didn't have my sun glasses (not a decent excuse, then I tried to say well I'm not that good yet again wrong because I am pretty certain about what my skills are and are not, then in the end I just wanted to smack myself for just not diving in and doing it.

  So here is my question, because I really need some help on this. When did you play your first live game?, How did you know you were ready for a live game in a casino? and last should I actually be this scared. Oh wait I have one more question. Should I try a live game in a casino or try to find one in my area (like a poker league) and how do I find one in the Indiana area? Oh crap and one more where can I find a good coach to assess my skills and give me tips and pointers?
