Dutch passes online gambling tax bill
Thursday, September 11, 2008 22:57Dutch government has passed online gambling tax bill in senate yesturday. The bill states that government will impose 40% tax on revenues from both legal and illegal gambling.
According to Dutch government online poker, casino games like blackjack and other are game of luck and chance. The bill further added that provisions laid down in oder target individuals who win at foreign online gaming sites.
After reading the headline I thought that Dutch Boyd had another meltdown and announced to the world he was going to personally tax everyone who plays online poker.
