Justin “Hux” Huxley has a poker resume those in the industry can only dream of.

Born in Melbourne, Australia, Hux left his job as Crown Casino’s Poker Room Supervisor in 1998 to pursue a career as a Casino Host for the multinational luxury cruise company, Carnival Cruise Lines. As you can imagine, this role took him to some of the most exotic locations in the world, but it was Las Vegas that would ultimately hold the heart of this true poker fanatic… at least for the next few years.

In 2000, Hux joined an elite team of dealers at the prestigious Mirage Casino, gaining him a reputation as one of the best on the circuit. Dealing at the felt of the 2004 WSOP Main Event Final Table was none other than Hux himself, allowing him to share first hand the excitement of one of the most thrilling Final Tables to date.

Hux’s entrepreneurial genes were aching to surface and in 2004 – armed with a valuable list of industry contacts and first hand knowledge of the business – Hux formed his very own gaming consultancy company. The company would then go on to work on some of Hollywood’s biggest box office hits including “Oceans 13”, “Lucky You” and most recently, “21”. Additionally, the company has lent its expertise to some of the biggest TV poker shows including the Emmy Award winning series, The MANSION Poker Dome Challenge.

In between all this, Hux never strayed from his original love for poker and is proud to have had the opportunity to add a WSOP Main Event cash to his name in 2006.

Today, Hux is proud to be focusing his efforts on building what is already one of the biggest online poker rooms - Tony G Poker. He resides in Melbourne, Australia with his wife.
