Marketing/Publicity Manager and freelance writer, Dário Rodrigues hails from the city of Santa Cruz in Portugal. His journey with poker began three years ago, simply because “I love games and I enjoy earning money.” Dário plays poker both live and online with a preference for ring games over tournaments. Dário is no stranger to major poker tournaments and is a regular at all live tourneys in Portugal. Most recently, he competed in the Betfair Portugese Poker Tour having won entry via an online qualifier. A poker activist, Dário dreams of the day poker will be legalised in his home country.
