I don’t even really know how I feel now… It is a dream that has come true!

Poker stood out from the rest because of the elements of strategy and psychology it required – something that Paolo feels the other card games lack. Paolo has only played poker online but looks forward to the live practice he will be getting when he competes in the Main Event. His current favourite variation of poker is No Limit Texas Holdem but “I also have fun with Pot Limit Omaha and Pot Limit Omaha Hi/Lo… I would like to learn how to play 7 Card Stud well, too.” Paolo admits to playing more tournaments than ring games. The Italian counts this $12,500 Team PokerNews Package his biggest win to date and is understandably excited. “I don’t even really know how I feel now… It is a dream that has come true!” Poker aside, Paolo enjoys listening to music and surfing the Internet. This will be his first experience at a major poker tournament and his first time at the World Series.
