Semi-pro poker player, Richard “bigblaasmvp” Blaas started off in the industry five years ago. He admits what drew him to poker was the element of fun coupled with the fact that he could make some money from it. Now you can find Richard playing poker both live and online with a preference for ring games. His weapons of choice include the Texas Holdem 5/10 and 10/20 Limits. He has enjoyed many highs in his poker career including cashing in numerous live and online tournaments. The Dutchman is no stranger to the major poker tournament scene, having made appearances in the Amsterdam Master Classics, the Utrecht Summer Classics and the recent PokerNews Cup Austria. Away from the tables, Richard also enjoys playing his PS3 and soccer. This will be his first shot at the World Series.
